At Teabox, we strive to ensure every sip is perfect, but if your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 15-day return policy for unopened tea and accessories. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea packets to ensure the highest safety and quality standards.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team via email or our website portal within 15 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.
- 2.Verify Product Condition
Ensure the tea packaging remains vacuum-sealed and unopened, and that any teaware is in its original, undamaged packaging.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and follow the instructions provided by our support team for pickup or mailing.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7 business days.
